Shane Bates is a retired Major with the Kentucky State Police, with 20+ years of leadership experience in implementing and managing statewide solutions for law enforcement efforts in Kentucky and across the nation. Shane has been a part of several national law enforcement committees and has an intimate knowledge of the system demands in the law enforcement software space as well as the needs for integrated data management at a statewide level.​
